Lock the launch rate for 24 months.
We are onboarding a limited group of ship owners and ship managers in our first year. Founding partners keep the rates on this page for the first two years of their agreement.
Built by shipping people
Our team comes from ship management, operations and shipping finance, so we plan a crew change the way your own crewing team would.

What founding partners get
- USD 1,999 per movement, fixed for 24 months
- A named operations contact for your fleet
- 15% off cargo when spares travel with a crew change
- First access to the client portal
- A say in which portal features we build next
Sending spare parts to the same vessel?
Let them travel with the crew change. Crew and spares share the transfer, the port agent and the launch boat, and you save 15% on the cargo rate.

Something not covered here? Our desk answers at any hour.
Message the deskWhat does the USD 1,999 rate cover?
The complete movement of one seafarer between home and vessel: flights with baggage, visas and OKTB letters, hotel and meals where needed, all ground transfers, launch boat, port agency for crew and immigration formalities, plus 24/7 coordination and invoicing.
Are sign-on and sign-off charged separately?
Yes. Each is one movement at USD 1,999. A swap of one joiner and one leaver is two movements, which we plan and run as one operation.
What happens if flights change or the vessel's ETA moves?
That is the risk we take on. Rebookings, extra hotel nights and new transfers caused by schedule changes are handled within the rate, under the conditions set in your annual agreement.
Why an annual agreement instead of a quote for each job?
Volume across our clients is what allows one flat rate. For you it means no quoting, no approval cycle for each movement and a crew change budget fixed at the start of the year.
Which ports and nationalities do you cover?
We work across the main crew change hubs and anchorages worldwide. During onboarding you share your trading pattern and crew nationalities, and we confirm coverage and visa lead times in advance.
How much notice do you need?
More notice makes for a smoother movement, especially where visas are required. Standard notice periods are agreed in your annual contract, and urgent requests are handled on a best-efforts basis by our 24/7 desk.
How do we place orders today?
By email or through the form on this page. Every order is confirmed in writing with an Atlas reference, and you are updated at each milestone. The client portal with company logins follows next.
How is invoicing handled?
One consolidated invoice per month lists each completed movement with vessel, seafarer, route and reference. No supplier invoices are passed on to you.
Send your first movement, or ask for an annual agreement.
Our desk replies with a written confirmation and your Atlas reference. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
