Privacy notice
How Atlas Onboard handles the personal data you send us through this website, by email or by phone.
Who we are
Atlas Onboard is a trading name of ATLAS SOVEREIGN LTD, a company in the United Kingdom and part of Atlas Sovereign Group. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@atlasonboard.eu.
What we collect
Contact details of the people who place orders (name, company, email, phone), and the details we need to carry out an order. For crew changes this includes seafarers' names, nationalities, travel documents, home airports and travel dates. For cargo and supply orders it includes supplier, vessel and delivery details.
Why we use it
To answer your requests, prepare offers, carry out crew changes, shipments and supply orders, invoice them, and meet our legal obligations. We process this data to perform our contract with your company, for our legitimate interest in running and improving our services, and where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to deliver your order: airlines, travel and visa providers, hotels, transport companies, port agents, launch operators, couriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers. Our website is hosted by Netlify, and our AI and IT service providers process data on our behalf under written agreements. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
Crew changes and shipments are international by nature, so data may be transferred to countries outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or the transfer being necessary to perform the contract.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, normally six years. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within two years.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a copy in a portable format, or object to or restrict its use. Write to privacy@atlasonboard.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or to the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.
