AI agents do the routine work of every order: reading requests, collecting and comparing quotes, planning travel, preparing documents, tracking and billing. Our people review the results, handle exceptions and stay in contact with you.
How many orders can your platform handle?
Our AI platform is built to process more than 4,000 quotes and orders a day, and our courier and forwarding network has capacity for 1,000,000 shipments a year. Volume never slows down a single order.
Do we need to install software or change our systems?
No. Keep sending orders by email in the format you use today. Exports from your maintenance or purchasing system are welcome but not required. The client portal comes next, with logins for each company.
Can AI book something we did not approve?
No. AI prepares proposals; tickets, orders and pickups are confirmed only after your written approval and a check by our desk.
How does AI make your prices lower?
Automation removes most of the manual work behind each order, and pooled buying across all our clients lowers what we pay for travel, freight and supplies. Both savings go into fixed prices that stay the same for the whole agreement.
Is our data used to train AI models?
Your data is used to deliver your orders. It is not sold, not shared with other clients and not used to train public AI models.
